The Villa itself is equipped with the latest remote control air conditioning system, which can be individually set for each room. The lounge has a TV with a full range of English TV channels. There is a large stone barbeque to enhance the flavour of eating on the terrace.
There is a full maid service (should you require it, available at an extra cost), excellent local restaurants, a local mini-market and fine walks. The buses run from the bottom of the road into Olbia.
